First stop if the day. Ch Dubourdieu. Home of several chateaux. Today we sampled wines from Clos Floridene Ch Haura Graves and Ch Doisy Daene Barsac. Mainly cabernet reds with merlot to soften. The whites from Floridene are perfect Sauv Blancs with hints of grapefruit and pineapple. Ch Doisy Daene are sweet elegant sauternes excellent with seafood and bacon. And yes the pate.
