I did not have time to finish the day so I will.combine into one entry. Ch Gaby and Ch Haute Bergey. They both own many chateaus and sampled about 10 wines throughout. Ch Bergey also has an estate in Argentina. Both houses use Merlot as the primary grape. Spectacular. Ch Bergey and best wine of the day was the Ch Branon 2011. Soft elegant velevty. A spectacular wine. Robert Parker gave this wine a 93 and I can tell why. Ch Bergey is also completely organic and bio sustainable.
I feel like I cheated every one by combining them, but you will have to just try them. The owner of the last property is Helene, making the experience even better
