We started the morning at Domaine Fabre hosted by Vincent Fabre and home to some of the best wines. Including Ch Lamothe Cissac (2009), Ch Landat (2010), Ch La Tonnelle (2011) , Ch Fonsech (2011). We were able to sample these wines and make a tour of the estate. Fabulous on both counts, the care and devotion show through each juicy mouthful. Fantastic job. And the grandmothers pate is enough for you to want to go.
